Objective To investigate the reliability of Thinprep cytologic test ( TCT ) technique and the Bethesda System ( TBS ) project in screening of cervical pathological changes .

Now the main screening method of cervical cancer is TCT ( Thinprep cytologic test ), however to the cervical adenocarcinoma , the negative result is common thus the disease is easy to be missed .

宫颈癌的目前筛检方法主要为宫颈薄层液基细胞学。但由于宫颈腺癌病灶隐匿，因此细胞学检查阴性率高，容易造成漏诊。
